On first visit we found that the seals of the shower valve upstairs were allowing water to pass when someone showered down into the kitchen ceiling I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing we did need to cut a hole in sheet rock to diagnose that is how we came about the situation, customer chose to purchase her own shower valve and have us install that and isolation valves for the hot and cold in case of an emergency. Those tasks are performed and tested thoroughly now everything is functioning properly Install isolation valves on customer supplied tub and shower valve
