Upon arrival to the house customer stated that the wire was not working customer also said that the whale shut off yesterday but come back on at this time I took a look at the whale and provided the customer with upfront pricing and options the pressure switch had gone bad due to ants getting inside of it at this time the pressure switch was replaced and the customer now has water back to their home
