Upon arrival I met with homeowners daughter and she showed me to the crawl space and pointed out a small leak on a water line and she explained that she didn’t thank that was the cause of the major water damage found in the home after looking under home I found that the bathtub has been leak for what look like awhile kitchen sink drain was back graded as well as the drain to the bathroom sink after pointing it out she made me aware that as far back as she can remember those two drains have never been right I also explained that the toilet and vanity would have to be removed in order to replace the tub she stated she would like to just have a shower installed for her mother after going inside I measured the bathtub and found is 54 inches my customer aware of it is 60 but I’ll have to get a price on a tub for her before I can give a price to do the job Other half bathroom isn’t currently working and kissing has been removed but her main concern at this time is getting very operat
