After arriving to the home the homeowner made me aware that they woke up this morning to standing water in the basement and that they immediately shut the water off to the home and began to vacuum out the water which they believe the amount to be about 5 gallons, they have since returned water to the home and have not experienced any leaking, they also made me aware that the emergency drain pan for the heating and air unit appear to be full of water and the pan is rusted allowing water outside of the pan, after a thorough assessment of all the exposed plumbing in the basement there is currently no failure and I would advise the homeowner seek out a heating and air company to further investigate the issue
