Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and he showed me the location of the septic tank, after further evaluation of the septic tank i then made them aware that it did not need to be pumped and that it was nothing but water in the tank and that the filter was clogged and it was causing the house to back up a little, I then noticed while cleaning the filter that around the filter tee there were roots, i then made them aware that we could have the camera and sewer specialist come out Friday morning at no charge and take a look at the roots and provide upfront options and prices on how to fix the issue, I then gave an upfront option and price on cleaning the filter, after signature approval I didn’t clean the filter and placed it back in the filter tee, after completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials. - clean outlet filter when not pumping
