Knowledgeable and thorough

Nathan explained the options and cost for repair of my leaking water supply line clearly and completely. Although I haven’t decided yet how to proceed, getting an estimate was convenient and straightforward.

Quick and knowledgeable service

I have been waiting for nearly three weeks for service of a failing sewer pump by an established local firm that I used for years. When they came, without much trying they suggested somebody else needs to pump out the stuff and they will come a week later. So, I called Quality Service Today, and they (Aris and Garrett) came within two hours, and in 5 minutes found out that the pump was OK, just blocked, activated it, made the thing running in another 10 minutes, inspected the whole system and gave recommendations for further repairs. Competent, willing, and efficient. Not necessarily very cheap though, but who is, these days.

Great service!

Had some work being done at my house today and the guys accidentally cut our water line with their trencher. After I shut off the water at the meter, I started calling local plumbers for an emergency repair. I left a message for one and was told by the next one that they could only come tomorrow. I then called Quality Service Today and spoke with Jennifer. After a short wait, she told me that someone could be here between 3:00 & 5:00; was 2:20 at the time. Jeremy texted me within 10 minutes and was here by 3:15. He got our water line fixed quickly. Jennifer and Jeremy were both great. Highly recommend this company!

I began by shutting off the water to the home and removing the old gate style angle stop and installing the new quarter turn angle stop. I then proceeded to drain all the water out of the back of the tank and replace the flapper and the fill valve as well as the supply line. Upon arrival customer stated they had issues with low water pressure at laundry machine and bathroom faucet. Checked pressure to home, found water pressure to be at 40 psi. Customer said that washing machine would throw a low flow code. Adjusted PRV to increase pressure to 60 psi, tested washing machine, washing machine running fine. Inspected upstairs bathroom faucet, found supply stops to be old and not cutting off all the way. Hooked up supply line to supply stops and ran water into a bucket to test pressure, pressure was fine coming out of supply stops, indicating that issue was in faucet itself. Customer said he would replace faucet himself but would like a quote on getting supply stops changed out. Gave customer multiple options on repairs. Customer has to go to work but will contact us when they are ready to have repairs made. Emailed options to customer and collected 69$ dispatch.

➖Run drain machine through kitchen sink drain in attempt to clear blockage Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that they were having an issue with the kitchen sink not draining properly. Also if you run the garbage disposal in the main sink it shoots water out of the drain of the runoff sink. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that there was a blockage in the line. I then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get this issue fixed today. The homeowner decided to have me go ahead and do the work to get the issue resolved. I began by disassembling the tubular underneath the main sink. I then ran my dream machine down the line until the blockage was cleared. Cut out the existing temperature mixing valve on downstairs water heater Install new mixing valve, and reconnect existing supply piping there at the water heater 90 Day Warranty We were called out originally because the homeowner noticed standing water on the floor of her water heater closet. My inspection of the area revealed that the temperature mixing valve was leaking from one of the unions. We offered to replace it, and Mrs. Reamer agreed, and we’ve come back today to perform that work. I shut the water off the to property and drained the entire system. I then cut out the old mixing valve, and installed a new one, along with new unions and pex fittings. After turning the water back on, and building pressure in the system, nothing is leaking anymore. Payment for today was collected via check.
