He then showed me the location of the septic tank and after observing the septic system I came to the conclusion that it was definitely time to get it pumped out. I gave the homeowner an option on getting it pumped, after signature approval I began pumping the septic tank until it was clean and clear. Upon completion I cleaned up all tools and materials.
