Upon arrival customer showed me to the sewer pump on right side of home and explained that it was over flowing and the alarm was going off stated he switched it over to hand and found that the alarm was still going off checked power goin to box and I’m getting Correct power check power going to pump and only getting correct power on one leg check run capacitor and it is checking out perfect chick starter capacitor and is not getting power Made customer aware that he will have to have an electrician come out to check box and change out capacitor after issue inside a box corrected there still maybe a issue with pump depending on what caused it to go bad After talking to customer about sewer pump he made me aware he had a toilet that was continuing to run looked at it and found it fill valve was stuck and wasn’t shutting off customers approval replaced fill valve tested and everything is working properly also learned that nothing in Home is backing up at this time
