Upon arrival to the home homeowner made me aware that he was having an issue with an upstairs bathroom faucet leaking constantly and no longer turning on or off. The customer stated that the other Faucet was also no longer working and that he would like to get them replaced. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that both faucets were broken and needed to be replaced. I began by giving the customer upfront pricing and options to get this issue resolved. The homeowner has decided to have me replace both faucets and has paid a 50% deposit for the time being because the new faucets have to be ordered.
