repair 1/2" plastic water line with pex up to 3/4" Upon arrival customer made me aware that he thought his water heater was leaking it turns out that a female fitting near the expansion tank had split causing the leak. I did get the customer multiple options and upfront pricing including tankless water heater and replacing like for like direct vent water heater. Customer will get back to us on those options but at this time we are replacing the split female after the work was done a test it’s early and now everything is functioning properly.We were able to relight the water heater but I informed the customer due to the saturation it could possibly go out and I also instructed him on how to relite Nick pleasants Durham,nc
