I've had Nick out to do some work before, so I knew the level of service I was in for. We took a full half hour to do the walkthrough of all the things the inspector included on his report for plumbing related issues (and at least one more I found since we've been here). He gave me the quote, went out to get the parts he didn't already have in the truck, did ALL the work, and just left - six hours start to finish. He was friendly. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He made recommendations and gave me budgetary numbers for some other things I'm looking at in the future. Could I have done the work myself? Some of it, I'm sure. But I probably would have ended up calling him anyway when I couldn't get the dripping to stop. It's worth it in the end to know that someone with ten years of experience and a five star rating on all the apps did it.
