I found Quality Service Today via a referral after two failed visits from Roto-Rooter. Both times Roto-Rooter came to assess my plumbing situation, they said they weren't trained to pull out my sump pump from its tank to diagnose it and/or couldn't do it. They also said they didn't know whom to refer me to. My Quality Service Today service technician Jeremy was completely the opposite. He was ready to help, knew exactly what to do, and spent several hours at my home diagnosing and fixing my pump. All along the way, he answered my questions clearly, gave me expert advice on continuing to maintain my pump system and provided upgrade options but did not pressure me to purchase or replace anything I wasn't comfortable with. I really appreciate the careful attention and commitment to helping the customer. Also, something I learned in the process of finding a plumber is that not every plumbing company can pump water out of a sump pump tank. Some companies, like Roto Rooter, require you to call a septic company to do this work before they work on your plumbing system. But Quality Service Today can pump the water AND do the diagnostic/repair work. This is an added bonus for anyone who needs these services. Thankfully, during Jeremy's troubleshooting, he discovered my pump was still working and could flush the water from the tank but the float switch was the culprit.
