Upon arrival confirmed with customer I was to complete 65 point safety inspection. Began 65 point plumbing inspection of home, found home to be piped in with CPVC, with sea CPVC supply stops going to kitchen and bathroom faucets. CPVC is 25 years old and brittle, which could cause failure of supply stops and other fittings. Inspected master bathroom faucets, toilet, tub, and shower for leaks or faults. Other than CPVC supply stops everything else was in working condition. Inspected water heater, everything working properly. Inspected kitchen faucet and drains, besides supply stops everything else working properly. Inspected laundry room, shut offs for washing machine are old gate valves that look worn but are still in working condition. Went into crawlspace and inspected pressure tank and pressure gauge, ran water to make sure pressure switch was cycling correctly, everything working properly. Informed customer of findings and set up lead turnover for our water specialist to come inspe
