We came out today to do a 65 point inspection on the home’s plumbing. After arriving at the home, the home owner informed me that the only only issues she’s having are that the water pressure is low when she uses multiple fixtures in the home, and the water also has a lot of discoloration. She told me that she has had three water filters installed in the past few years, and that she is still having issues with the rust colored water. I looked through the home, and everything is in very good order. The only issue I found is in the guest hallway bathroom, the stop valves beneath the lavatory are not turning smoothly. Other than that, I noticed inside the toilets are very discolored, and in one toilet the water looked foamy. Everything is draining fine, and pressure is good at each fixture, as long as only one fixture is being used at a time. I looked through the crawlspace and all the plumbing looks fine. The water heater is in the crawlspace, and it is over 10 years old. It looked good,
