Due to the Tub Drain being disconnected, waste water has been settling in the crawlspace and unable to drain to the proper outlet. ABS is sagging underneath and needs to be repaired and supported properly to fix this issue. Before beginning work, we will need to lay down a barrier over the standing waste water, and spread lime to help Neutralize the area. Remove the Old Tub Drain, and 1-1/2” ABS Drains. Install New Tub Drain, and 1-1/2” PVC Pipe, Trap, and AAV to previous conditions. Reconnect to 3” ABS drain, support drain at proper intervals to avoid sagging of the drains, and test work after to ensure drains are free of leaks.
