Upon arrival to the house customer stated that they were having hot water come out of the wash machine even when it was turned to cold, the cold line was disconnected from the washing machine and after filling a bucket up with water and a cold line continue to produce cold water it is something to do with the washing machine itself and she was referred to call the appliance doctor to have the issue resolved
