Upon arrival to the home the customer stated that there was an issue with the toilet in the guest bathroom and he tried fixing it but couldn’t figure out what it was once I Took a look at the toilet I noticed that the water had been turned off after talking with the homeowner and turning the water back onto the toilet it was functioning fine the homeowner stated that he had to turn the water off to mess with the toilet and after tightening a few things up underneath the toilet he just forgot to turn the water back on before calling us after we flush the toilet multiple times it was functioning properly and as it showed not leaking, I did provide upfront pricing and options for him as far as reveals by this time he chose to go with just leaving it how it was
