Auger toilet to clear blockage then test to insure it clear made customer there is no guarantee Ran toilet auger though toilet in hall bathroom twice and didn’t pull anything back flushed toilet serval times and ones with toilet paper then two more times to make sure it was going all the way though Customer asked for suggestions on what they could to help prevent it from happening again because the little boy was bad about using to much toilet paper only thing I could suggest is courtesy flush and thinner toilet paper And if those two things don’t help the issue suggest upgrading toilet gave customer price to do so
