Upon arrival Brett and I discussed the issues he was dealing with. He stated that the en-suite bathroom toilet’s tank to bowl bolts had corroded/broke. He stated he would take care of that himself, but the major issue he’s having is the water heater not providing hot water. To help rectify this I Preformed a thorough diagnosis of the gas water heater to find cause of failure. After a thorough evaluation it was discovered he was out of L.P. Brett Had the gas provider he utilizes come out and refill his tank. Once the L.P. Tank was filled the water heater cut on and operated with no issues.
