We were called out today to give options for installing a customer supplied vanity, as well as a free standing tub. The homeowner showed me to the area where the work will take place, and the floor plan of that bathroom was made to accommodate a tub which was never installed. There is about 36”x70” of space. As for the vanity, the master bathroom has a single vanity and the customer would like to swap it out for a double vanity. The plan as of now is to remove the existing material, and install the customer supplied double vanity with customer supplied faucets, and creating the drain lines and water supplies for each side of the sink. We will make two drains through the floor, and bring the water piping up through the floor, and cap off the old drain line to get it out of the way. Lastly, the customer asked me about a recirculating pump or something similar to help the kitchen faucet heat up faster. The simplest solution in this situation would be to install a small and style heater in
