Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that this was indeed true and that they has bib was busted and needed to be replaced. And then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get this issue fixed. The homeowner decided to help me go ahead and do the work to get the issue resolved. I’ll begin by cutting the water off at the road and then draining Down the water from the house. Once all of the water was drained down I’ve been proceeded to cut out the old hose bib and install the new frost free hose bib.
