Upon arrival to the home I explained to the homeowner that I was there to perform at 65 point home inspection. I’ve been proceeded to check out all of the fixtures as well as water supply connections in the home I also checked out all of the emergency stops as well as all of the drains. I then proceeded to go under the house and check out the pressure tank as well as the waterlines and drain lines. I also inspected the water heater which I found was 14 years old. I talked with the homeowner about the age of the heater and Howell there is a considerable amount of corrosion on the heater. The heater is not leaking at this time but is definitely not looking in the best of condition mostly due to the well water.
