Upon arrival customer made me aware that his downstairs toilet was very poor flushing I found this to be true and upon inspection of the old other toilets found them to be almost 40 years old and I recommended to be replaced, I also checked the pressure to the home found it to be approximately 95 to 100 psi, customer is on a community well and does not have a pressure regulating valve. I gave the customer multiple options upfront pricing I am going to email these estimate so that he can make an educated decision on what it is he like to do and again at a minimum I highly recommend installation of a pressure regulating valve Nick pleasants Hillsborough,nc
