Cut out shark bite and replace with a coupling. Upon arrival to the home, the homeowner made me aware that his HVAC company had noticed a puddle of water in the crawlspace. On further inspection I found this to be true, and the cause was a shark bite connection on the hose bib. I gave multiple options for replacement and he decided to have me cut out the shark bite and replace the minimum amount of pipe. Everything is now functioning properly and as it should.
