Upon arrival went in crawl space and found that sewer main has been leaking for what looks like awhile now I have provided one price to make repair and stop from leaking would like to schedule time with customer to meet on property so I could provide a option to replace all drains in home as well as provide pricing for water heater sump pump and water filtration

I came to the conclusion that the septic tank needed to be pumped and the outlet filter needed to be cleaned. I then spoke with the homeowner via phone about the multiple options we could offer today. The homeowner decided upon option 3. I then began to pump the septic tank clean and clear, I also cleaned the outlet filter thoroughly. Upon completion I cleaned up all tools and materials.
After arriving to the property and performing a camera inspection on the drainfield we recently performed a rejuvenation process on, I was able to determine there is a route obstruction directly underneath a sweet gum tree approximately 45 feet away from the septic tank, as well as being 4 foot deep in the ground, I will be returning tomorrow with the Hydro Jetter to attempt to remove the obstruction and re-camera the line
Upon arrival, I began to pump the tank, clean and clear of any liquids or solids, I then made the technician that was in charge of this situation, aware that the drainfield was not working properly, even after we rejuvenated, and that the water was constantly pouring back in to the tank from the drainfield, after completion of the job, we cleaned up all tools.

Mrs. Warner explained to me that she was using that tub spout to fill her dog’s water bowl, and she noticed the pressure was extremely low. I looked over the area, and indeed the pressure is extremely low. I checked pressure throughout the rest of the home, and everything else seems to be fine. The home is on a well which has a 40/60 switch, and it is actuating properly, and the pressure tank is also good. I told Mrs. Warner that the issue seems to be the shower valve itself, that maybe it has become impacted with sediment or rust… We offered several options for replacing the shower valve, including options with isolation valves on the shower, down to simply replacing the valve with a limited warranty. Upon arrival I opened up the pump station lids and made sure everything was working properly, I then began to probe around for the septic tank, after probing multiple times and following the sewer line I believe that the septic tank is underneath the sidewalk, I then called the homeowner and made him aware of the situation, I then gave multiple upfront options and pricing, After going over the options with the homeowner he stated that he wanted to go with option two which is a temporary option, I made the homeowner aware that option 2 is not guaranteed on how long it will take for the house to back up again, After text message approval I then pumped as much as could be pumped out of the clean out, after completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials. - pump out as much as possible, this is so that homes facility’s can be temporarily operational - no guarantee on how long facility’s will be operational due to not being able to see what’s being pumped out

Upon arrival customer made me aware that he is looking to install a new septic tank and Leitchfield to service his RV. The customer will need to contact the county and get drawings and/or plans on where the installation should be set. Includes: -emergency dispatch fee -using toilet auger to remove blockage After arriving to the home the homeowner expressed that the downstairs guest bathroom toilet has been backed up for a couple of days now but everything else in the home appears to be draining properly, after entering the home and verifying that the stoppage is isolated to this fixture I proceeded to briefly attempt to locate the septic tank without success, from there I offered two upfront prices For clearing the line, after gaining approval I proceeded to run my hand auger 6 feet down the toilet removing the blockage and allowing the water to go down, from there I flushed the toilet approximately 10 times to ensure that everything is flowing freely, at this time the fixture is functioning properly without failure
