Upon arrival to the home the customer is stating that he had some issues with his water heater, the water heater is 15 years old and is not working properly after discussing options between replacing the gas valve and installing a new heater we determined that he would be more interested in doing a new heater after providing upfront prices and options for the customer and getting approved for financing he still decided that he would like to wait on making a decision until this afternoon, I did call Adam and we discussed this with the homeowner over the phone after discussing things with Adam he decided he still wanted to wait till this afternoon to make a decision so at this time we are going to wait till this afternoon to hear back from the Homeowner, and do a follow up call with him at that time
