Price includes all parts labor and tax 2 year parts and labor year tank warranty with manufacturing Replace 50 gallon electric water heater in garage with new brass connections to prevent corrosion relocate expansion tank from behind shut off valve to in front of shut off valve for easy service in the future With customer approval I turned water off to home and drained water heater down and removed installed new 50 gallon electric water heater with new thermal expansion tank Moved expansion tank in front of valve so the valve controls the heater and the expansion tank tank is also mounted on brass fittings to prevent piping from bowing after installed turned water back on to home and filled heater after finding no leaks insulated water lines and turned power on heater is no heating
