Upon arrival I touched base with the home owner to see if he had any questions or concerns. No concerns. So I began by measuring crawl space door and height of floor joist. I then knew a 50 gallon heater would not fit. I made contact with home owner and he was ok to install 40 gallon water heater. We began by cutting power and water off. I then disconnected water line and electrical to heater. We then removed old heater. We then installed new pad, water heater, disconnect box for power and piped t&p out of crawl space. With that being done I was able to connect water line and power to new heater. We then filled heater tested for leaks. No leaks. We turned breaker back on to heater. With water heater job complete. I began the second task off putting in a new main house shut off and PRV/Pressure Reducing Valve. I cut out the old and installed new. Tested for leaks. No leaks. Checked pressure. Everything is correct. Both jobs are complete.
