Upon arrival customer made me aware they were looking to install a septic system and a well pump system. At this time the lot has not been cleared. I have given the customer guidance on how to start the process which consists of going to Alamance county environmental health and applying for a septic improvement permit. Then the county will see if the soil perks and take a soil sample and then the town will issue paperwork of what materials/systems need to be in place. The customer will need to make sure all construction dues are paid and then the town will issue the actual permit. Also there needs to be concrete plans for location of home and number of bedrooms.
