Install 3” twist in plug in floor storm drain to cap off line Disconnect and remove faulty Sloan Regal flush valve on woman’s bathroom toilet , 4th stall, and replace with new flush valve to fix issue with not receiving water to toilet Upon arrival confirmed with customer work to be completed. After confirming work, proceeded to cap off 3” floor storm drain with twist in plug. After storm drain was capped off, turned off water to building and went into lady’s bathroom and disconnected and removed faulty Sloan Regal flush valve that was not dispensing water like it should. After flush valve was disconnected, installed new Sloan Royal flush valve and adjusted to have proper flush. After new flush valve was installed, restored water pressure to building to test for leaks. No leaks were found, but toilet was partially clogged with a sluggish flush. Ran auger threw toilet multiple times to clear clog, also noticed toilet seat was loose. Tightened toilet seat bolts to secure seat to bowl
