Upon arrival to the home I spoke with the homeowner about doing a 65 point home inspection. I told the homeowner that I would be checking out all of the fixtures in the drains in the home also told the homeowner that I will test the water pressure on home as well as checking out a few other key components of the plumbing system. I came to the conclusion the most everything in the house was in fairly good condition the only Real issues that I was able to find where the bathrooms downstairs as far as the hall bathroom sink in the master bathroom sink drains were slow to drain which is a little bit inconvenient. I’ve been proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get these issues fixed today. However homeowner stated that since the end of school is coming up he would like to wait and have work done at a later time.
