Upon arrival Jerry and I discussed the issue he was dealing with. He stated he got home from Florida last night and the water meter was spinning like a top. While preforming a thorough evaluation it was discovered that one of the connections under the home had sprung a pinhole leak. After presenting Jerry with a few options he chose to just correct the leak today, but going to swing by the office and pick up hard copies of the estimates for his home owners insurance. To correct the issue at hand I started by Turning the water to the home off and drain down the pressure. After that, cut out the failed section of quest and replace with pex. After completion of repair turn the water to the home back on and test to ensure proper function and verify no leaks. After repair was completed and tested I gave Jerry the number to bio clean for remediation services
