After Arriving, the homeowner made me aware of a few things. I was made aware of how the home has been experiencing several Stoppages and their main drain line. Another plumber told the homeowners that they should probably get their mainline jetted due to potential buildup of debris, waste, and grease. I was also made aware of how there is a belly present within the main drain line from the home to the septic tank. The homeowner was interested in jetting the line, and seeing if that would help. However, I made them aware that jetting the line would not be a permanent solution. The drain has some flow, but not on a consistent basis. In order to get an idea of repairs, I made a homeowner aware that we could get our drain specialist out, and they will be able to provide more estimates and better diagnosis on the situation at hand. We will set up a follow up and get our drain specialist on schedule to return out there to provide pricing on permanent solutions

Check power and amp draw At pressure switch and well head and if any issues found will provide upfront pricing at that time On today’s visit the customer made me aware that last night he realize he did not have water and so he went out to the well cover and removed it and found that the pressure switch and electrical disconnect had debris in them and once he cleaned out the bugs/debris and water was restored to the home. The well tag says that it is 325 feet deep and is eight years old. I wanted to ensure that there were no issues going on so I provided the customer with an upfront price to do an above ground diagnostic. The customer agreed so I tested power in and out of the electrical disconnect to find it to be receiving 240 V as well as the pressure switch receiving 240 V in and out to the well pump. The amp draw would kick on at 14 and run at a smooth 7 A. I also tested the continuity at the wellhead and at this time all appears to be functioning properly. I still provided the cu

Upon arrival I spoke with the customer they showed me that the lids were already dug up, I gave up front options and pricing on pumping up to 1000 gallons and and agitating and I also gave an option on just pumping up to 1000 gallons, the customer wanted to proceed with just pumping up to a 1000 gallons, I made the customer aware that just pumping up to 1000 gallons would leave 30% of the solids in the solid side of tank, after signature approval I began to pump tank up to 1000 gallons, After completion I cleaned up all tools and materials and placed lids back on septic tank Pump up to 1000 gallons
