Upon arrival customer made me aware that he had a drip out of a drain tube outside of home that was consistent after asking multiple questions finding out where the water heater was which is in the garage and checking the washing machine drain pan as well as navigating in finding the HVAC drain pan I found that this is an HVAC issue and that pan is full of water causing it to drip out of the drain tube at side of home Nick pleasants Morrisville,nc
