I then made him aware that our sewer specialist could come out and diagnose the problems Tuesday morning. I then gave him multiple upfront options on getting his tank pumped. He decided on option 2 and after signature approval I began to pump. Once I had pumped the tank clean and clear I cleaned up all tools and materials.
