Upon arrival Ashley and I discussed the issue they where dealing with. The entry hall toilet kept running for two days, then on the third the water overflowed/leaked water all over the floor. They were unable to identify where on the toilet the water was coming from so they had just turned the emergency shut off valve off to prevent further damages/issues. After a thorough evaluation it was discovered that the fill valve was failing to turn off when the water would reach the appropriate level. It continued to fill and spill out the backside of the toilet tank. After presenting them with options they decided to go with a minor rebuild. I Preform a minor rebuild of the entry hall bathroom. Turn the water off to the toilet, drain the water to alleviate any spillages. Remove the failing fill valve and replace with a new fill valve. Remove the old failing flapper and replace it with a new one. Upon completion of work, turn the water on to test proper function and verify no leaks. Dye test u
