Upon arrival Irving and I discussed the issues they where having. He stated that they went on vacation and when they returned there was water backed up into the tub and sink. After a thorough evaluation it was established one of the connections in the drain line had failed. After creating some options and presenting them to Irving he chose to rehang and reattach the plumbing. To complete this work I: re-secured the plumbing to prevent a belly forming again in the future and re-connect plumbing at point of failed connection to maintain proper pitch. Upon completion of work run water to ensure proper function and verify no leaks
