Upon arrival customer explained that tub in hall bathroom was cracked after looking at I determined it will need to be replaced call multiple mobile home supply company’s with no answer I will have to get pricing for parts before giving pricing for job Tub side 57 by 27 center back drain
Upon arrival to the home the customer stated that they were having an issue with the whole house backing up. After further diagnosis I found that it was indeed a main line stoppage. I presented the Customer with 3 options and they decided to with option 1. I began to snake the sewer and free the blockage so the that it would drain. I then proceeded to dig up the old clean out and cut it out so I could install the new 2 way clean out. Once the new clean out was installed I tested to make sure that everything is draining properly at this time. I talked to the home owner about having Nathan come out and do a camera inspection on Wednesday at 8:00am.
Upon arrival customer made me aware that she had found a leak in the crawlspace after investigating the crawl area I found that the HVAC was leaking internally as well as the condensation line connection. Upon arrival customer had her son come to home to let me in and showed me to the water heater I found the water heater has been leaking for a while and will need to be replaced to correct issue gave customer multiple options after she arrived home she stated that she’s gotten other estimates over the last week and will look all of them over and give us a call Due to service issues when I was at the Home had to email all options to customer after I arrived at shop but did write them down on paper to go over them with her at that time

Upon arrival spoke with the homeowner about the issue he was having with the Ejection pump, He stated that the alarm was sounding off, After evaluation of the problem I moved the alarm float up higher on the float tower
Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner about the issue they were having, he said the alarm for the pump station was going off, after further evaluation the septic tank needed to be agitated so that the truck could pump the tank and ejection pump station needed to be replaced, after giving upfront options and pricing and signature approval I began to pump the septic tank and agitate I also scraped the walls and bottom clean and clear of any liquids or solids, After completion of pumping the septic tank I began to pump the ejection Pump tank clean, I replaced the old ejection pump with a new ejection pump, the ejection pump has a 6 month labor warranty through QTS. Pump up to 1600 gallons and agitate After assessing situation determined the ejection pump needed to be replaced
Replacement of pressure tank, tank T pressure gauge and pressure switch Replacement of front hose bib Upon arrival customer made me aware that his water pressure was surging and wanted his pressure tank replaced, also found that his hose bib at the front of the home was not allowing water through. I provided the customer with upfront pricing and multiple options, he chose to have me replace 20 gallon pressure tank, pressure tank T, pressure switch,Pressure relief valve. He also asked me to replace the front hose bib.
