Upon arrival to the house the customer stated that they needed some work performed in the laundry room as well as the bathroom and that they could not get their filter to be able to be replaced, after providing upfront pricing options to the customer I emailed these quotes over to the church which is helping the customer pay for the work that is going to be done. The church is going to review the list of options I sent and make a decision by 2 o’clock today and at that time they will reach out to the office on which option they would like to go with
Upon arrival customer explained that when they bought the home it already had a RO system installed and it did fine and after about 4 years it started to smell bad so he changed the filters and it did fine for about a week and started smelling bad again so he shut it off and hasn’t Used it in 3 to 4 years and is getting ready to sell the home so wanted addressed talked with Adam and We determined that there is a bacteria causing the issue I explained it to customer and made him that the well need to be tested then treated before doing anything with RO system because issues would just come back
