Went into basement and heard a weird noise and upon checking it out found the sump pump running but not expelling any water. Called Restore at 8, Scott the technician arrived around 9 and replaced pump and was out the door a little after 10. Talk about speedy. Scott was a great technician as well, very friendly and personable. He priced out several options for repair and ultimately followed my request for resolution. I definitely would use Restore if I had and future issues and I would ask for Scott White as my first choice.
