Overall very satisfied with my experience working with Restore Plumbing. Very good first impression with scheduling an appointment with reception. When Scott arrived to provide an estimate, he was very helpful in answering all of my questions and provided me with a range of options for replacing our water heater. Even after we wrote the check, Scott still answered follow- up questions. There was an issue with ordering the new water heater and Restore picked up the difference to get me a nicer model so that they could still meet my timing needs. I can't say enough about how great this experience was compared to my prior plumbers.
