Matt from Restore Plumbing & Drain came to our house this morning to fix our water tank issues. He did a great job and everything is now normal with our water heater. This is very special with us since the awful weather we have with subzero temperatures and having not enough hot water for the house, we were going through a rough time. He was here the same day we called Restore Plumbing, actually a couple of hours after my call.

Having the hot water heater fail and leak water into other rooms is an overwhelming experience. Restore Plumbing and Drain was highly responsive and quick to get onsite. Dan R. was extremely patient and understanding of our needs. He presented options and explained them pertaining to our situation. Dan went above and beyond, by examining the pipes along with the valves in the overall system. He identified a small leak at the valve associated with the gas and replaced it. In addition, the existing hot water heater did not contain a drip pan installed at the base. Dan suggested the idea of installing a drip pan at the base of the replacement hot water heater since the existing hot water heater leaked water into our living room. He also inserted a small piece of PVC from the drip pan into the drain. Dan R. had a strong knowledge of his trade, recommended great options, and explained them thoroughly. He had a good sense of humor and maintained a positive attitude. My wife and I are highly satisfied with the exceptional service!

I installed a new bathroom faucet and toilet for a customer.
I was called to a home to replace a temporary valve on a water heater. When I arrived, I found that the old valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. I removed the old valve and installed a new one, making sure that it was properly sealed and connected. I also tested the new valve to ensure that it was working correctly.
Replace an older sump pump and backup system that failed and caused water to enter the basement.
Replace an older ejector pump that was failing in the basement. Also address piping issues at the water heaters to improve system efficiency.
