Like most plumbing issues, they tend to occur at the worst time and the weekend. I was referred to Restore by a buddy and the customer service I received was GREAT! Beginning from when I called the number and spoke to a rep who did the intake to the rep who called me and kept me informed and updated about the Plumbers ETA. Dave G was the chosen guy for our residence that day and he was awesome! He is very knowledge, very personable and sociable. He explained everything very straight to the point type of way (which I appreciate) and in a manner that my husband and I were able to comprehend.
