40 gallon natrural gas water heater installation
Installed new moen shower cartridge and new tub spout/diverter
added a gas connection for a natural gas bbq in Paso Robles.
Arrived at the job to find a pressure relief valve kicking off. We tested the temperature on the water to make sure it wasn’t too hot. It was reading at 124° and then we tested the house inlet pressure and it was 60 to 80 pounds of pressurenot too bad we let the customer know it was a little high but it turns out the pressure relief valve was just broken.

Arrived at the job defined a customer wanted a two handle Delta faucet replaced in the kitchen due to a leak. He also wanted us to rebuild stems in n the upstairs bathroom and install a Husband at the barn
Rerouted service valve line to reduce turbulent water
performed an annual test on a Wilkins backflow preventer assembly in Paso Robles. Installed a new Moen Flo and repaired a frozen garbage disposal.
I arrived at the job to find a sump pump/area pump not working. We pulled the old pump and installed the new one. We had a hardwire the unit, but yet another satisfied customer.
