Diagnostic fee for Tankless heater Called Noritz customer service and was told it is a fan motor issue need to blow out with 120 psi and clear all debris in the unit.
For this job, we diagnose the system. The power supply to their handler was not given control voltage nor was it given high-voltage. She reset the breaker panel on a-year-old AC pro system found out that it was just a breaker loose connection at the disconnect.
Both systems from 2006 are working fine nothing wrong with them its that he has built in ducts through the walls and the south west facing walls of the home are where the unit isn’t performing. Sent estimates with the mini splits

For this job, I diagnosis system and found a bad capacitor the contactor refrigeration system pressures are low immediate repairs. Just replace the capacitor to get it running and that’s what I did. I will return next week if the homeowner approves Refrigerant recharge.
