Call complains of mold and Sandy buildup in toilet. Technician advises to add bleach into toilet tank, flush multiple times clear out any mold buildup inside of toilet bowl rim,

This job had a clogged condensate line and the safety overflow switch was shutting it off the upstairs unit performed the condensation flush cleaned out the line for the water drain and the unit was working properly Both systems need maintenance recommend maintenance plan or at least a tuneup.
