Customer complained that they had a flood in their house. Customer agreed for an emergency call out fee. Tech located a burst hot water supply line going to the sink. Water line burst, spraying into the kitchen cabinets. Tech removed water supply line and capped off the angle stop valve because it would not turn off. Tech recommended installing new angle stop valves and steel braided water supply lines after the kitchen is restored.
Repipe Four bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, water heater, and hose bibs. Install hot water heater Install new 1/4 Turn shut off valves and water supply lines for each plumbing fixture. Materials used will be Type A PEX piping with copper stub outs. 5-15yr warranty on repipe only if installed with approved water quality products. Includes drywall repairs. No paint. Install new 1" main line from the meter to the house. Kitchen has an Island sink. We are only going to connect to the existing copper before it goes into the ground. No PEX push for island sink.
