Tech found water damage and multiple leaks on garbage disposal, Basket strainers P-trap and drain connections. Existing faucet and angle stops look like need to be replaced as well. Kitchen drain rebuild Replace one basket strainer, P-trap and new drain extension, new tail pieces as well as seals and adaptations if needed Install new garbage disposal with testing and diagnostic. All items listed above are leaking due to normal wear and tear.
Small pin hole in copper supply line on cold side of the water heater. Replaced both supply lines.
