Technicians removed and disposed of old toilets set new toilets provided by Rt Olson Plumbing. Replaced old angle stops that would not shut off properly
Technician performed leak detection on home. Client home is holding 70 psi for 5min. Holding pressure. Technician ran shower /tub filler, while tub was filling Performed waste test filled up tub in order to drain and inspect waste system. Technician flaueeh toilet multiple times to determine Wax Seal failure.
The system is 35 years old installed in 1989. The water is leaking from the indoor coil that the pan has suddenly burst or cracked causing the condensate from the AC Coil to drip inside the indoor furnace and Platform. Water has seeped into the drywall, floor, platform, baseboards. This needs to be dried out immediately. The solution is to replace the 35 year old furnace coil and condenser. The unit is R22 refrigerant. The new ones are R410a which is currently in use directed by the EPA. R22 is not manufactured or imported anymore (since 2020). Proved options to the home owner and sent to his email.
Replaced low voltage communicating wire outside. Installed new 7/8” insulation around the refrigerant lines and tapped the insulation and new communicating wire with UV rated tape for extra protection. Unit did not start after the communication wire was replaced. Diagnosed the motor run capacitor was defective. Replaced the part and cleaned the filter and outdoor coils. Performed leak detection at 7550 Santa Lucia street . Performed pressure test failed. Seen water on the floor of the garage. Performed hearing test on water heater to main branch leg is compromised. Whole house is affected by comprised pipe. Recommend re routing the pipe.
