Change Order Estimate: This price is to remove 10ft by 20 inch section of concrete from the kitchen sink to the bathroom tub wall. This is the area where the camera is going into the dirt through a large hole in the pipe. This price also includes rebuilding the whole kitchen sink riser pipe and sanitary tee. This is recommended to avoid any problems with the kitchen sink riser pipe. This pipe is closed up due to grease and build up. It will be replaced with ABS plastic pipe. Completed Scope: The area at the kitchen where the pipe is brittle and collapsing on itself has already been opened up and the cabinets have been removed to gain access to the rest of the drain. We cannot send the camera through the rest of the home yet because it is dropping into the dirt. This price is an add on price to the original scope of work to continue the piping replacement up to the next area the pipe is compromised.
