Tim Eagleson came out to do an AC inspection on my home during the heatwave to make sure everything was permorming correctly so we didnt get left stranded with out AC. He was professional, on time and had all the tools he needed. The inspection was thorough and honest. Didnt try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I "needed" and gave me an honest assement of the system plus some upgrade ideas for the future. I will 100% be calling him out again when I decide to do those upgrades. Thanks!

My AC went out Saturday and within a few hours had an appt scheduled for Sunday which doesn’t usually happen with other companies. For this job, it worked on a 5 ton Goodman or 410 system that was low on refrigerant. I added some easy seal leak sealant and 4 pounds of our 410 refrigerant did not charge them for the leak sealant as they are my friends and family. Diagnosed the AC issue: Air movement system is not performing at all found the blower motor to have failed. Must replace blower motor and motor control for the system to work in cooling and heating mode In addition to the blower system not working the refrigeration system checked out to be slightly low on R22 refrigerant That is obsolete fortunately we do have some and are able to add the refrigerant at this time. Verified all other parts of the system and they are worn out sent over options to Andrew Chen the property manager and he approved the immediate repair at this time Send him over replacement options that would be a permanent solution. Will order parts on Monday as the parts houses are closed and will return and schedule with Erica the tenant tomorrow morning at some point in the week that works for your schedule
Performed leak detection at 26874 Ole Lane Rd. Menifee, CA 92585 pressure test failed. no water on floors. Found out main 3/4 cold water leak from water heater to main branch in master bathroom. Recommend re-piping of home.
