My husband and I have used RT plumbing for a couple of years now ever since we purchased our home. We had a list of items we wanted taken care of that the home inspector pointed out and RT Olson was one of the easiest contractors we worked with. Our usual plumber is David and he is awesome. He is prompt, professional, and does quality work. We have also had JR and even the owner of the company do some work in our home and it was also a very pleasant experience. The ladies that answer the phone and make appointments are very sweet and make you feel valued as a customer. I have recommended them to others and will continue to choose them for any plumbing issues in our home.

No dig up or backfill with this price. Install a new meter nipple. Run new piping from water meter to main of home. Install two new ball valves Install new 1 inch pressure regulator Complementary water heater flush Complementary furnace tuneup
The customers had to reschedule the tuneup because they didn’t know we were coming and have a busy schedule

Cost to install two homeowner provided faucets and one company provided widespread faucet to include pop-up assembly. Also perform minor adjustment and tighten down existing faucet, install 2/2 hp garbage disposal and six emergency shut off valve with supply lines.

Pressure was at 120 for some reason I set it back to 60 told customer if he gets notification again to contact us. Customer has not used irrigation and does not have a pool.
Cost to remove vanity in master bathroom to access drain and vent stack inside wall open concrete floor and cut out section of sewer line under slab of home and rebuild up into bathroom dividing wall to also provide clean out access for future stoppage issues. RT Olson plumbing will provide a rough patch on concrete but will not be responsible for new vanity. RT Olson will provide a 10 year parts one year labor warranty. If homeowner provides new vanity RT Olson will install the vanity for the homeowner.
Unclog vanity drain, could not clear back to back vanities with access available did give estimate to remove vanity in master bathroom and open up concrete floor and repair drain she needs to speak with her daughter as her daughter also owns part of the home and would need to approve the work but she is in a conference today will reach out tomorrow November 20, 2024
