My husband and I have used RT plumbing for a couple of years now ever since we purchased our home. We had a list of items we wanted taken care of that the home inspector pointed out and RT Olson was one of the easiest contractors we worked with. Our usual plumber is David and he is awesome. He is prompt, professional, and does quality work. We have also had JR and even the owner of the company do some work in our home and it was also a very pleasant experience. The ladies that answer the phone and make appointments are very sweet and make you feel valued as a customer. I have recommended them to others and will continue to choose them for any plumbing issues in our home.

Install customer supplied air gap. Installed new line from air gap to garbage disposal

Plumber was called out to Check “ leaking water noise next to outside kitchen wall when using the sink. Checked under crawl space and found cracked kitchen sink cast iron pipe worn and leaking food and gray water from kitchen sink drain.
Customer complained after taking a shower there was water soaking the carpet and drywall. Tech did a water pressure test on the system and it held pressure. Tech opened up an access hole on the other side of the shower which is the laundry room. Tested the washing machine drain and found no leaks. Tech filled up the shower pan and the water formed under the tile where it meets the carpet. Tech confirmed the cause of loss was a failed shower pan allowing water to flow around the shower walls and under the floor tiles which soaked the carpet.
